Important news!

Dear EPS Cardholder,

We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the future of PFS Card Services Ireland Limited (PCSIL), the company that manages our debit card services. Recently, PCSIL has undergone changes that affect its ability to continue operating as before. PCSIL is currently in a liquidation procedure. This means that the company PCSIL will no longer be active in the future.

What does this mean for you as a cardholder? 

As part of the liquidation procedure, the following changes will be implemented. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to request new cards and/or upgrades. However, you can still use your existing card to load funds until July 17, 2024, and spend until January 17, 2025, as you are accustomed to. Your money on the card is safe and fully protected under the law and regulations, so you can continue to use your card with peace of mind.

We understand that this news may be unsettling, and we offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. However, as a program holder, we do not have control over the situation at PCSIL. To ensure the continuity of our service, we are currently exploring various solutions, including engaging another service provider, and we will keep you informed of any further developments.
